1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ktk11 platform and all of its associated services. When you register an account on ktk11, log in, or use any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written for players in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To use ktk11's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is not legally prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must operate the account in your own name. Using an account on behalf of or for a third party is not permitted.

ktk11 may request identity documents or verification at any time to confirm eligibility. If the required information is not provided, the account may be suspended or closed.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

Opening an account on ktk11 is completely free. During registration, you must provide your real name, correct phone number, and other required details. ktk11 reserves the right to cancel any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.2 Password & Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact ktk11 support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. ktk11 also reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a Terms violation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit Methods

ktk11 currently accepts deposits through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 — the same for every method.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ktk11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any unusual or suspicious transaction is detected on an account, ktk11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend that transaction or account for the purpose of investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ktk11 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, a 15x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — the deposit amount is not counted. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games or sections — each promotion has its own list of eligible games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus balances cannot be directly transferred to another account.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found on any account, ktk11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, ktk11's decision will be considered final.

6 VIP Program

ktk11 runs a four-tier VIP program for loyal players:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

The more actively a player plays, the faster the opportunity to move up to a higher tier. VIP benefits and cashback terms may change at any time, with notice given through the platform.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

Ensuring a fair and balanced environment for all players on ktk11 is our first priority. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages from bonuses or promotions.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other players or ktk11 staff.

8 Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid when it has been successfully registered in the system and a confirmation message has been received. In the case of a bet that is uncertain due to a network issue, the system log will be the basis for the final decision.

8.2 Result Determination

If a game result is disputed for any reason, ktk11 will review the server logs. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, a decision will be made according to the relevant policy and that decision will be final.

8.3 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in the sports betting section may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the applicable policy will be followed for that bet.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

ktk11 treats the security of your personal information as a top priority. We use SSL encryption technology to keep all your information and financial transactions secure.

• Your personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Where necessary (such as for payment processing), information may be shared only with trusted partners.

10 Responsible Gaming

ktk11 considers responsible gaming a core value. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems.

• Set deposit and betting limits for yourself.

• You can use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily or permanently close your account.

11 Limitation of Liability

ktk11 will not be held liable for losses caused by the following:

• Disruptions to games or bets caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
• Delays or failures caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

ktk11 always strives to provide the best service, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first. We provide assistance in both Bengali and English, 24/7 via live chat and email.

If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, the matter will be escalated to senior management. ktk11's final decision will be binding.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the ktk11 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of ktk11. Copying, reproducing, or distributing these without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

The games available on the platform are the intellectual property of the respective game providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. These games operate under their own respective licenses.

14 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

ktk11 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform of any significant changes.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These Terms will be considered the overriding and final agreement.
